Default Voting etc

Hi Guys,

We are moving back to the UK from Aus after 4 years, we australian citizens, does anyone have advice on how compulsory voting will effect us?, and any other things we have to remember while we are in the UK.

Thanks in Advance

Jo

Voting is not compulsory for Australian citizens outside Australia. But you should tell them you have moved so they don't expect you to vote. In some circumstances you can register as an overseas elector.
