Default Usa Pr In Canada?

HELLO EVERYBODY

I’VE A SHORT QUESTION, MAYBE SOMEONE COULD ANSWER?
I'M A PERMANENT RESIDENT OF USA.
I'M PLANNING TO MOVE TO CANADA SOON.
I'VE HEARD THAT I DON'T NEED ANY VISA TO GO TO CANADA, BUT I'M NOT SURE FOR HOW LONG I CAN STAY THERE AND IF I MAY WORK THERE?
PLEASE ANY ADVICE!

I have green card too. I went to Canada many times. It is a beautiful country. The last time I was there was about 3 or 4 years ago, so I don't know how it is now after 9/11. At that time, they saw my green card and asked me where I was going in Canada. I was going to spend a few days there for sight seeing. They asked me if I had enough money, I told them I didn't have much cash, but I had all my bank cards and credit cards. I believe they will let you spend a reasonable amount of time there, but you will not have the right to work.
