Our household goods (approx 550 cu.ft.) are in Florida and we want to ship them to the UK. I am presently in the UK but my husband will be in Florida for most of September. The stuff's already boxed (from an ill-fated move to the US last year!) and the route would probably be Orlando to Felixstowe if we can.

I'm thinking of using LCL (less than container load), so which is best to use - a US or a UK company? Are there websites where I get further info about what charges are likely to be applied either side of the pond?
