US. Beach Areas
A point of interest for Brits (could apply to anybody, of course,) who live on the Beach Areas, and those that live on the Flat Lands.
It should be noted, that buyers of homes on these hill beach zones have to sign a waiver to mortgage companies, that land slide ins. is exempt.
