They have lived in the house for over 40 years (they should have bought it for 20k they are selling for 200k) they work part time, they have state pensions, and they did some private pension plans which are now paying off
they get a week in malta, flight ,transfer and 1 bed studio for 100 pound each and it costs them less to eat out in Malta than living in the UK for a week...plus they like to travel so they are good at finding bargains on the teletext
