We did this for my daughters class, made scones with jam and cream, they went down a treat, you could do mini scones....

I'd bring a keg of bitter, a lot of cider and some blackcurrant, and serve up snakebites. Pre-teen girls love nothing better than sweet alcoholic drinks.
Or you could bring trifle, of course. (Naturally, my favo(u)rite is cheese-and-pineapple.) You could serve it with cups of Starbucks, the UK's most popular beverage.
