Strange Story - Discrimination... !!
This story got me to thinking... At what point is McDonalds NOT liable and what point is an INDIVIDUAL liable.

How the heck could McDonalds prevent an employee from being a jack-ass and costing it millions of dollars... 100% impossible in my view.
Next I could imagine, someone paying someone to get a job at McDonalds. Get that person to serve them, get them to do something really "weird" and SUE for millions....
