This soap rules !
One of the down sides of being "inbetween gigs" is that we have to sit here and suffer American daytime TV (and you thought British daytime tv was crap)
But there is a beacon of light amongst the dimness of all the terrible, terrible soap operas here. -
Passions
The one with the oran-u-tan, witches, a pregnant woman in a pit who has been giving birth for over two weeks now....
The more I watch, the worse it gets and I love it !
The apartment we are in is set up so my desk overlooks our living room, so I sit at my computer and see the TV at the same time.
Anyway, whilst I working I can can hear and sometimes see the most ridiculous and silly storylines ever.
And Passions is the best of the worst.
They know they are bad and play on it.
I want to join a fan club for Precious the Oran-u-tan !
It is a bizzare thing actually - I never watched soap's in the UK.
Well ok I did, but stopped watching after Den was shot.
But over here I've found myself glued to Eastenders (shown on PBS)
I need a job so I can escape this !!
