We just did ours on Tuesday.
The lady was very knowledgable and adjusted the setting.
Fingers crossed all goes smoothly from now on...
We had a discount coupon automatically applied, family of five came to $45-ish dollars!

When the passports were done in the US, that was definitely the case. Now that the passports are done in the UK, there's been no confirmation that they will accept US sizes or not and the wiki has not been updated with this.
