Default shipping valuable fragile antiques UK-USA

I will inherit a fairly valuable grandfather's clock at some point in the future along with some paintings and possibly some other furniture (though that might be just too expensive and impractical to ship).
I have no idea how one goes about shipping something like a grandfather's clock across the ocean and have it arrive in one piece. I don't even know how I can afford to ship it but I really don't want to sell it.
I assume there are specialist movers that do this kind of thing. Any ideas where one might start on such a thing?

Google specialist shippers/shipping valuables/antiques.

A few companies come up ...

You need a fine art shipping company, someone like Chudley international. But it won’t be cheap.
