Seriously Help needed!
I want to have your help on my immigration process.
I live in Pakistan.
My brother applied for my immigration on May 3, 1993 and the category alloted to us was F-4.
My brother wasn't permanant resident at that time (now he is permanant resident).
My father and mother are also US Permanant residents now.
My father and mother are very old now and they want to see us with them as soon as possible. My mother can't see now because of deseases and she is 70 years old now.
Kindly device me some way to immigrate immidiately and meet my father & mother.
Kindly advise me a better way (to change the category or some other emergency immigration process) as it has been a long long time now.
Thanks

How did your brother apply if he wasn't even a permanent resident? You need
to be a citizen (not PR) to apply for siblings... I don't think you will get
your green card on this application if he was not a citizen...
If you have an immigration application pending, they will not allow you in as
a tourist. You could all meet in Canada...
