Paypal are just a go between for people selling stuff. It could be argued that all credit card companies are also making it easier for perverts to buy porn...which they are. This is just the usual shit stirring journalism from Britain. I don't see them saying "paypal makes it easier for people to buy comics and vintage 8 track cassettes"
