hi all,
i was wondering if there was any pattern to the dreaded RFEs, or if they just arrive out of the blue at any stage in the I-129f petition approval process. aaron and i received our first noa on jan 30th from nsc, and seeing as how it's been six weeks now (only six weeks! seems like a lifetime), with no change on our nsc recorded message, we were wondering if we could dare to breathe a sigh of relief and assume that were they requiring more evidence they would have asked for it by now. although i appreciate that this is a process where assumptions are probably best not made...especially as we believe we may have stumbled at the "n/a" v. "none" goalpost.
any feedback would be appreciated.

My sense of things is that they get to the paperwork, it either gets approved
or......sent back..the dreaded RFE and that there is no early notice if
there are problems. I hope I am wrong...would be great to save a little time in
a process that is already trying. BTW, we are about two weeks ahead of you at
NSC....first notice Jan 17th. Likewise worried about RFE...unless someone is
having a very nice day....do they have those at Nebraska? Will post when we
hear anything.
