hi all,
i was wondering if there was any pattern to the dreaded RFEs, or if they just arrive out of the blue at any stage in the I-129f petition approval process. aaron and i received our first noa on jan 30th from nsc, and seeing as how it's been six weeks now (only six weeks! seems like a lifetime), with no change on our nsc recorded message, we were wondering if we could dare to breathe a sigh of relief and assume that were they requiring more evidence they would have asked for it by now. although i appreciate that this is a process where assumptions are probably best not made...especially as we believe we may have stumbled at the "n/a" v. "none" goalpost. any feedback would be appreciated. katy (ukc) & aaron (usc) |

I hope I am wrong...would be great to save a little time in a process that is already trying. BTW, we are about two weeks ahead of you at NSC....first notice Jan 17th. Likewise worried about RFE...unless someone is having a very nice day....do they have those at Nebraska? Will post when we hear anything. Dave (USC) y Gabriela (Mex) |
