I have applied for J1-waiver using "No Objection" Statement. The USIA recieved the statement from my embassy. They also requested the sponsor views from the US government agency since I also receive funding from them. Right now they received all the document and my case is being reviewed. It may take a while and my time is running out. Can I submit another application for the waiver by and IGA during my first applicaion is being processed. Can I apply for the H-1 visa before I got the J1 waiver?
