you have to ask why they want these British actors and then make them put on stupid accents ... can't they write the script to accomodate a Brit or is there a terrible shortage of American actors?

Wasn't there an English woman in Alias series 3?

EDIT: She appears to be an Ozzy.

Wasn't that the father in Neighbours?? Scots (Jason Donovans) Dad??? I've seen him do a number of US shows lately.

Okay, it's sad that I would even remember that show let alone mention it.

That knob who does the magic bullet blender infomercials on telly.
Random brit with Fred Dibnah* accent "eeeh ja know tha cun make a reet lorra food wi'this reet good blender"
Suntanned califorina blond "Oh thats so like, totally great dude!"
*if you don't know who Fred Dibnah is....ask your gran.

The WORST of them all is that scrawny Irish bird Amanda Byram who hosted the Big Breakfast for about 6 months once. She now does The Swan.
example - "OOooh Yolanda-Shannay you look SO good now you're made entirely of plastic! Well done now you're life isn't nearly as boring or shite! Honest!"

that's what angers me about the states they call any person you choose to take care of your kids a "nanny" whereas in the U.k a "nanny " actually has to pass courses etc and become qualified to be a caregiver.............you want cheap labour? go get it but don't dare glorify said person with trappings of nanny!!

I remember that case , and i've work as an au-pair and i remember that family took gross advantage of that girl

Has anyone seen National Treasure yet? The lead female in that looks just like that chick who played a doc on Casualty. Can't for the life of me remember her name or if it is her.
