Quizzle does, annualcreditreport.com does not. However it does tell you who is reporting and gives you account details.

Discover also attach your FICO score to the monthly statement.

I think most banks and credit cards give you access to some kind of FICO score.

Credit.com gives me the score that most closely matches the score I get if I apply for a loan. The other free FICO sites, give me scores 20-30 points higher sometimes

Just looking at creditkarma, it says they do a soft search - do you lose any points for this?
I read previously something about soft searches being 5 points? Hard searches 50?

Soft searches : no impact
Hard searches , maybe 10 points, if that. It may depend on how many you do, I have never done more than 5 in a year.
