I only need to load up the 2X per year now. I'll check it again & fill up in the spring if the price is super low. Otherwise I've got my eye on my neighbor's tankful that he's not using anymore.

been pretty good this year, last bill was $235 for the month, so we're about $150-200 less a month than last year....which is good, because we'd be without heat if we were still paying those rates...

We only fill up once a year also in the summer. We use our gas fireplaces as supplemental heat when we're home so furnace doesn't kick on...that's really helped on the oil usage and total cost of energy.

Interesting bit on the local news last night about the reason why gas prices are going up again.

It now seems the refiners have decided to increase their profit and they are the ones raising the prices.

Can't count on you as a partner in crime! All with his permission, of course. I just don't have anywhere to store it!

We had to get that silly little tank this year.. only holds 275 gals, what a pain.

Unleaded prices have not moved here for over 2 weeks now, consistently between $1.849 and $1.899 depending on which gas station you go to.
