Nice. Our current Costco is a few miles along I-10 into town and I don't get there very often. To be honest, the prices aren't any more competitive at that one than our local HEB. We're getting a new one built at the top of Grand Parkway, so hopefully we'll get better prices then. Reckon it should be open early next year.

I saw they've got a decent amount of slab down. I wouldn't be surprised if they were pushing to have it done ahead of Christmas.

Wouldn't surprise me in the least...that has to be a decent target to aim for, and the way they build them, I would think it would be achievable. It's not like there's a lot to fit out inside the shell....

Although, we said the same about Whole Foods on Fry Road, and they seemed to deliberately delay opening till just after the holiday period. Maybe they don't like opening a new store at a peak period when any wrinkles will be harder to iron out? I don't know enough about retail to know.....

The Sugar Land one was built for ages before it opened, taunting me every day as I passed it!

$3.299 per gallon. Or to covert $0.869 per liter/litre. I have heard of prices below $2.99 per in the southeast.

BP prices dropped locally to $3.139 this week, which I think is the lowest it's been in over a year.

Actually I paid $2.30 on Thursday, 40c a gallon cheaper with Kroger Card so it should have been $2.70.

I did notice yesterday that it was up to $2.78 and the local Buccees was $2.90

Gardnerville traditionally is cheaper than Carson City also, especially the two Arcos. I usually try to avoid filling up in Reno for obvious reasons.
