But the address linked to that post code doesn't even have a street, much less the number of a specific building. A courier doesn't have anywhere to deliver a letter/ parcel to that "address", as such it is no different from a PO Box in the UK.

Another governmental SNAFU. My reason for posting was to alert other potential users that this address cannot be used for FedEX UPS or a trackable package from USPS. It should not be incumbent on a 'customer' to have to work around governmental ineptitude. But the whole case is now closed as FedEx have called to say the package has been deliver - in Newcastle.
