Permanent work visa

Permanent work visa
help. i was hoping to work in the prison service in America but have been told i need a permanent work visa before they would concider me can any one tell me how long this takes after i arrive in America under the K! fiances visa. Also how i go about getting one.

No such thing as a permanent work visa. After marrying within 90 of your
arrival in the US on a K-1 apply for an EAD (Employment Authorisation
Document). With this and an SSN you can work for nay employer.
Post to alt.visa.us.marriage-based. Many, many people there have done
this

No such thing as a permanent work visa. After marrying within 90 of your
arrival in the US on a K-1 apply for an EAD (Employment Authorisation
Document). With this and an SSN you can work for nay employer.

this
