passport and AP name don't match

My wife's passport, which is good until something like 2005 has her maiden name on it. Her Advance Parole, however, has her married name. Will U.S. agents balk at this? She'll be traveling with me to Canada and the UK and we'll have our marriage certificate, will that straighten things out?

Thanks Rita, I appreciate it.
We've pondered going to the passport office in the UK and having her update her passport but if we can simply carry around the marriage certificate we may not need to waste our time on our vacation.
