I know, it is truly remarkable. I just thought that after all that work it must then stink to probably die of something not related to weight

That is so sad and to be used by Springer just for entertainment makes me really mad. He should be shot

Well hopefully she had some sense of normality in the last few years. I watched a show on the Discovery Health channel about a gal who weighed 700 pounds, she said she just wanted to feel like a woman again, not a thing.

AUBURNDALE, Fla. - Rosalie Bradford, who held records for being the world's heaviest woman and for losing the most weight, has died. She was 63.
Bradford weighed 1,050 pounds in January 1987, according to the 1994 Guinness Book of Records. She lost 736 pounds to weigh 314 pounds in September 1992, according to the record book.

She died Wednesday at a hospital in Lakeland, about 10 miles from her Auburndale home in central Florida.

Publicist Stephen Nortier said Bradford weighed around 400 pounds just before dying. He said the cause of death won't be known until a medical examiner's report, but Bradford had spent the last year bedridden with complications from having her lymph nodes severed years ago.

At her largest, Bradford was 8 feet wide and took 90 minutes to bathe.

WOW!! I need to lose weight, but thankfully I don't have the problems this poor lady had.

or you could have rolled her in flour and watched for the damp patch.

90 minutes to wash? Should have sent the fat cow through a truck wash 5 minutes wax her fat arse shiny too.

If people are that obese, doesn't it go beyond the borders of being a bit of a foodlover into mental illness?
Is it treated in the same way as anorexia?
Also, if they are bedridden like poor Rosalie Yeger, then who the hell is bringing them the tons of food they require to stay at that weight?
