:curse:

Indeed...

You line up with the visitors.

They take your right four fingerprints

They take your right thumb print

They take your left four fingerprints

They take your left thumbprint

They take your picture.

They are as rude as ever.

Now just imagine arriving immediately after one or two 747 loads of Indians or Chinese...

Happy days!

My sympathies for the rest of this, but - when have they EVER been rude? I've been a PR for 20+ years, and flown in many times. I'm always struck by how pleasant they are. 'Rude' is just not a term I associate with entering the US.

I agree, the officers at the entry point have always been professional and very pleasant.

Never dealt with CBP there, but they used to have some of the worst (otherwise unemployable gangbangers who'd somehow conned their way into a job) security staff.

Seriously - I've flown into SFO more times than I can count (the 'trips abroad' section of the Citizenship app was the most daunting for me). It was ALWAYS a good experience. Now, by 'good experience', I guess I mean, totally uneventful, but - they were POLITE - very polite. I always remember hearing 'welcome home', and really appreciating it.

FFS. They could at least do a GC line.

Whenever I came as a tourist, I some how always end up behind Bin Laden saying he's come to work as a belly dancer and have to wait for ages :curse:

Don't panic. Elvira has said what she's said. but she hasn't yet replied with a particular airport. So we don't know if it's experience or speculation.

That is all.
