A little progress. Hopefully they keep going. Monday they are closed due to
Columbus Day. Yep, they still recognize it. This is off the INS website:
"All INS offices and Application Support Centers will be closed Monday,
October 14 for the Federal holiday. Application Support Centers normally
open on Saturday may be closed on Saturday, October 12."
-Joe
Timeline:
Mailed to NSC - May 29, 2002 (FedEx Overnight)
NSC Received - May 30, 2002
1st NOA Dated - May 30, 2002
1st NOA Received - June 7, 2002
and waiting.......
