NSC 129F is approved. Yeeeeeeeeeeees
 
We are approved on 2nd NOA from NSC.
I am so happyyyyyyyyyyy. Now move to the next hurdle.

Timeline:
1NOA 5/29/02
2NOA 10/9/02

A little progress. Hopefully they keep going. Monday they are closed due to
Columbus Day. Yep, they still recognize it. This is off the INS website:

"All INS offices and Application Support Centers will be closed Monday,
October 14 for the Federal holiday. Application Support Centers normally
open on Saturday may be closed on Saturday, October 12."

NSC Received - May 30, 2002
1st NOA Dated - May 30, 2002
1st NOA Received - June 7, 2002

Really!? I thought I had to wait for California:

Petition Mailed: May 13
1st NOA May 30
2nd NOA Aug 9
Aug 25: Consulate unable to find any record of petition
Sep 18: Consulate asked again about status indicated petition just received
Sep 25: Packet 3 received
