Non vacation rental management
We have a 1 bed condo in Orlando, not in a short term rental community. We will eventually sell but wish to rent it out meantime. Can anyone recommend a property company which looks after long term rental property property?

The best way of finding these is to search for a long term rental in that area and see what properties come up and who the managing companies are???
