New Airport Tax in Amsterdam!!

New Airport Tax in Amsterdam!!
as of today there is a new airport tax in amsterdam. Flights to USA are going to be taxed approximately 78 Euros, those going to a European Destination are going to have to pay an extra 18 Euros. This is not on top of all the other add ons of fuel surcharge, baggage, etc etc.
And to think Amsterdam used to be one of the cheapest places to fly to and from.
All the layoffs in the airline industry are frightening! I havent noticed any reduction in the amount of people at the airports or on the flights. Everyone i am working is packed full! Doesnt matter if its at 5am or 11pm they are full!!

Bad to see icky nasty tax though.
