It's not the visa that's relevant though. I have a 5 year visa valid from 2013, yet my I-94 is stamped until 2016. Hence, I was given a 30 month lease from VW.

Though, after driving some of the American crap here, i'd stick to European motors any day, even if I had to pay a higher lease rate for 30 months rather than 36.
