Yep, people are often in a huge rush to buy a house, and in some financial situations this may make sense, its not always the best choice

We found our house a few days after Thanksgiving...moved in New Years Eve...we got a good rate...We had been in the country about 3 days...we had a good realtor who give the bank a kick...when they said it would take till after the New Year to get us in...lucky we did not wait...house prices jumped out of our price range within two months....
