Texas Teacher Tells First-Graders There Is No Santa
Wednesday, December 14, 2005

RICHARDSON, Texas — Guess what, kids? There's no such thing as Santa Claus!

That's what a suburban Dallas music teacher told first-graders on Monday — and the school's been hearing from parents ever since.

The angry phone calls prompted the Richardson school district to issue a pro-Santa statement.

The district announced that the offending teacher had heard from Santa Claus himself — who assurred the teacher that "the spirit of the holidays is alive and well." And Santa asked the teacher to pass that message along to students.

A district spokesman says the teacher won't face any disciplinary action.

Oh blooming heck..that is hilarious!!!...ha!ha!ha!

I admit to being heavily pissed off that my oldests' first grade teacher did tell him that there was no Santa Claus, but we agreed to keep it a secret between us He never told his little brothers that it was fake

Hang on a minute!!!!!!!

There is no f**king Santa. Is it OK to LIE to your kids.

Christmas for adults is no fun and exactly the same as being at work. You do all the leg work, sweating and graft and some fat bastard in a "suit" gets all the credit.

It's OK for the schools to pretend that Jesus Christ never existed but god forbid anyone says that a fat guy in a red suit, makes all the kids pressies and flies all around the world in one night delivering them. Not even Richard Branson could manage that.

Santa FFS

""""They shouldnt teach I.D in school its not the truth.......but for f**k sake don't tell them the truth about Santa"""".

Make your minds up!!! All lies or NO lies. You cant have your cake and eat it.

Uk or US kids ungrateful little bastards the lot of 'em.

In my day we would be bloody thankful if we got an orange for Christmas.

Presents? Presents? Dont talk to me about bloody presents. I opened a present one year when I were a small lad, undid the wrapping all excited only to find an empty box!! "WTF" thought I. I gave the folks a puzzled look and dad lowered his newspaper long enough to explain it was an "Action man....deserter".

SANTA IS REAL... I have seen him thousands of times. Every time I leave one store, he magically appears outside or in another store... Sometimes he's even lost some weight and gained some too. Quite amazing. Even funnier, sometimes he can take his beard right off and put it back - how clever is that?

I am probably one of the unlucky few who's yet to see him actually fly (although I even try to stay up all night but my shot of rum (or two) puts paid to that.

I love Christmas. I have just had 3 tims of Quaility street delivered. We have a tin open here at work. My co-workers keep saying the are made by Ness-lay instead of Ness-alls but I'll correct them - after all, I grew up with ness-alls Milky bars.
