If she got her money any way other than through honest work, then she's no better than Queen "let-em-eat-cake". If she did get it through honest work, she's lucky to have been born in a place at a time when such work could be had.

It was around three million in 1982 I think.
The tories like to champion her so called rescue of Britains industries. Its all bollocks though, most of the new businesses that were set up under her sef-employment schemes folded within a year. How is industry being rescued if no bugger has a job?

Won't get any argument out of me. The south did very nicely thank you, in certain sectors, on the back of the north which went completely down the tubes. I forget how many of those three million were in the north, but it was a very large majority. There was nothing in many places - no way for people to make a living and no way to sell their houses to move somewhere else because no one would buy in those areas.
