L1 visa holder seting up a company
Hi,
I am waiting for my visa approval.
once there, I will work, but might be looking for business angels for a project I am finalising (telecom market - exporting products - with a taget of 200 employees after 3 years and multimillion $ yearly sales)
questions:
1_ can I look for investors while on my L1 visa?
2_ if a deal is made, can I transfer my visa to another status? and which one?
note: at this stage I do not have the necessary investment funds.
