Do you realize that if it wasnt for the k3 visa being implented I think most of us
would end up in the nuthouse simply because imagine being away from your love for a
couple of years unless you can make more visits. VS the k3 visa being able to get
them here in about 6 months.'

My wife will be here next weekend,,Sept 21 from the Philippines. Ill meet her in LA
on Friday night. I am anxious to get this ball rolling because I am hungry to get
our marriage rolling!!!

Lilly,

I have had really bad luck with the K3. I don't know why we're
delayed. I don't think it has much to do with the fact that husband
is Israeli. Couples that filed long after us, from non-allied
nations, have been approved. Our attorney hasn't helped at all. What
a disappointment that has been! I have made a congressional inquiry
as well, but that is going nowhere. I think they're just handling me.
I hope yours moves along faster than ours (we received our 1st NOA on
April 1st, and 2nd NOA on April 10th). Let's stay in touch via email.

The K-3 visa was a pure unadulterated failure for us even though it
eventually led to my wife coming to the US by way of it...it's a joke
pure and simple and for every person it works out well for my guess is
there are 99 that it doesn't work well for based on what it says it will
do for you and what it really does for you (just a way of collecting
more revenue and delaying things longer by way of creating more
governent jobs so more greedy little fingers can handle your forms
IMHO)...and forget about anything happening quickly...thats a pure
fabricated lie by the US government to its citizens...I hung my hat on
hopes that the K-3 would bring my wife here quickly rather than awaiting
the approval/completion of the I-130...the K-3 took 11 months fom the
date I filed it with MSC to the date she landed here in the US...just
more frustration and worry and I feel genuinely sorry for those having
to deal with the ineptness of the case adjudicators and a system that is
horribly broken....best wishes to all...
