Usually when I'm arguing about that particular subject - it is done tongue and cheek - because it's is such a deeply held fear that it cannot be changed from without - the change must come from within.

However, I know what I know to be true and I shouldn't have to keep my mouth shut because you feel that I am stepping on your religious rights. I hold human rights (of all humans - that includes the gay ones) in a much higher position than any religious rights.

I haven't got a problem with your beliefs/thoughts I just don't see why I can't hold my own without being called all sorts. We could agree to disagree

I agree to disagree, agreeably, not disagreeably, it's agreed, but I digress.

I think Thydney find this a difficult issue. He is basically a nice, tolerant human being, but believes that the Bible says it's wrong.

What I would like to know is what would he would do if one of his kids turned out to be gay.

[Sorry, Thydney - not meaning to put you on the spot; you don't have to answer if you don't want to.]
