Hello, all!
I am new to this website so pls excuse me if it is not the right site for my query!
I am looking to purchase a 3 bed/2bath property in Florida (possibly Orlando) for the purpose of renting it out, although I may relocate there eventually from jolly ol' England!
Could anyone out there please tell me which would be the best areas for good and quick rentals, with good capital appreciation rates too? I would be looking at longer tern rentals, not the short-term holiday rentals that most people are into. Be pleased to hear from anyone.
