I was just resting my head on a pen and it slipped and poked me in the eye

bad luck!!! did ya smash the pen into little tiny pieces or could you not see it lol.

Now you have a reason to go home. Injured yourself.

I wish I had a job.....

Its still in there I think.
Luckily it went in top first, so i can still write with it by moving my head. Can't do joined up letters though.

ahh... that reminds me... I chew my pen... about 18months ago whilst chewing my pen and leaning on my chair I slipped... I now have a nice impromptu tatoo on my inner cheek where the pen scraped its way down and finally lodged into my gum at the back.

I still chew my pen - I just don'w lean back on my chair while doing so.

I`m so desperate....I`ll do anything....well almost anything....You`re not a male nit nurse are you?

My husband did the same but with a pencil in his ear. The rubber (sorry can't say that can I eraser) on the end came off in his ear. Cost $50 co-pay at ER to get it removed.

You could file a lawsuit against the pen manufacturer because there was no warning on the pen that said "This pen is not intended or suitable as a headrest".

That is seriously f**ked up. I once gave myself a similar injury with a straw from mcdonalds and thought that was pretty bad - your accident sounds about 100 times worse.

Interestingly the eye that just got poked has a permanent bloodshot spot on it after i once poked my finger in it whilst dozing on the sofa and being so sleepy that i didn't actually manage to close the lid in time

Then theres the time i dropped a boiling cup of tea on my lap..

Did it melt your plastic thong - that could have been nasty
