I AM CLUELESS

I wish it was over but lets correct a few things first,
Number 1 i am a seasoned traveler who through no fault of my own is STILL STUCK in the USA the radio wont run the story as BA wont give all the info.
I have been told by BA to contact there corporate HQ in New York but this cant be done by phone or e-mail but by post.
The reason i didnt come back here should be obvious a kicked dog wont willingly return to the master who kicks it.
I dont want to be here (the USA) nor really want to be using this site all i got was abuse and to be told i was making up this story, well i am not, still in the same boat but now the ****er is sinking.
Yes i have a Kid but i will not use him for any leverage in getting me home, i didnt ask to be in the situation and would move heaven and hell if i came across someone who was.
People wanted a update so now please feel free to abuse, pick on or generally call me a lier.

the day i was due to fly was the day i ended up in hospital, as soon as i got out of hospital i called them to be told as i didnt stay overnight i had lost my ticket.
But when i was getting the copes of everything i needed like my hospital records all the complaints to BA my visa and such i didnt have a copy of my ticket for the 8th november.
so i called BA and e-mailed BA to be told that they dont keep copes of tickets longer than 24hours and that it would be in the achieve at there New York office.
The only way i can get a copy of the achieve is by sending them a letter but it could take up to 6 weeks
so my hands are tied

Greyhound bus (or hitch) to the nearest airport that BA flies from. Turn up at the desk and (politely) explain that you're here illegally, they brought you here and they have a choice between flying you home or getting a fine and flying you home.

been there and done it got told they would not help, if i cause a fuss i run the risk of someone asking to see my documents, and then it could take upto 6 months to get me deported plus i wont be allowed back into the USA for 10 years

They may well try to tell you the same thing, but you'd need to front it out with them.

Normally if a client calls to change the date on a ticket, the change fee, penalty whatever has to be paid within 24 hours-maybe a grace period of (according to the fare rules) 72 hours because they go by whatever the "rules' for the ticket you bought are. Fares can change-exchange rate and all that. We are always told by the airlines, that no fare is guaranteed until ticketed. Electronic tickets have a shelf life of normally 18 months in a reservation system. IF you had anything with the original ticket number on there- itinerary etc, they should still be able to see it in their computer. THAT's the whole purpose of having electronic tickets.

I thought we'd established that you'd been to the local airport and spoken to a BA partner (prob AA)? You need to be at an international airport, with a mainline BA presence and BA metal on the apron.
