I 751 approved no interview!
Hi everyone, just to let you know our timeline for our I 751 at TSC here goes:
We sent it on 10th July, 2002 with signature confirmation receipt
TSC received it on 12th July, 2002
Our NOA extending my GC for 12 months dated 15th July, 2002 and received by us on 20th July, 2002.
Today 19th August, 2002 we received our letter saying that our application has been approved.
No interview, we just need to take 3 ADIT photo's and my passport to Tampa, so they can get the ball rolling on issuing me my new GC.
Fantastic!!!!!! No more INS after this for 10 years yyeeeaahhh

Fill in the form for I-130 but don't click on which process it was and then head the experience with I-751. Tish will take it from there.

Well, its a recent record anyhow. We had ours go thru in 21 days in Jan 2001, so TSC
has slowed down dramatically to drag it out to 37 days or so. I-751 is the only thing
TSC does in a prompt manner, IMHO. Mike

Re: I 751 approved no interview!
Hi I finally found the sight and posted our I 751 timeline
For those of you on here, here is a list of supporting documents we sent with our application.
The only originals sent were the petition and affidavits.
I 751 petition
Copies of both of our driving licence's, my green card and SS card
Marriage certificate
Airline tickets and both of our passports
Vehicle registration, lease agreement, notification of transfer of resgistration plate, and auto insurance
1999, 2000, 2001 tax returns
2000 additional tax refund
1 joint bank account statement
Air conditoner loan agreement
Credit card statement
Equity loan and life insurance
Employment life insurance
Payslips for both of us
Health insurance
Telephone bill in joint names
Doctos bills
Scanned photo's of us together with each others families, in the UK and US. These were scanned onto normal paper fitting as many as I could onto 2 sheets of letter size paper
5 affidavits from friends and family, none of them notorised.
I hope this helps some of you.
There is light at the end of the INS tunnel, it might seem so far away at time, but it is there
