Default I-134 Affidavit of Support

Hello all,

I'm currently waiting for my K1 Interview date, and my American fiance is working on the I-134. He's a self employed musicain, and his income on paper doesn't meet the 125%, so we know that we need a co-sponsor (his uncle).

I know that my fiance has to fill an affidavit anyway, and his uncle has to fill a form in too. Is that the same form, ie. another I-134, or is it a different form? And do they both have to be notarised?

Thanks,

D.

Both your fiance and his uncle need to fill out separate I-134s. Both forms will need to be notarized.

Good luck!
