On the American Express question, anyone got experience of creating a 'joint account' with them (and the impact on credit history)?
Rang today in UK to set up in advance they said there would be a 'main cardholder' and a 'supplementary card holder'. I'm wondering if only the 'main cardholder' will get the follow through credit history when we do the Global Transfer process at a later date.
By the way, they said they only open accounts online now, so it seems there is no way to create a 'backdated' start date as per a different thread and we may have to complete the full 1 yr requirement before global transfer..
