I respect HIS opinion and see it backed up by actual sales prices being very different to the Zestimates.

I suppose they can only be a blunt instrument based on statistical data for a house, useful for a rough idea of trends in your area. Zillow is handy for looking at what other properties have actually sold for.

Which, as per my earlier post is a good, but not perfect, indicator of what the value of other houses on the same street is IF they are of a roughly similar age, size, and design.
