The site is very cool
i checked it out yesterday
unfortunately it seems to be very out of kilter with my area, and speaking as a real-a-tor i think i'm right and its wrong!
maybe in 6 months after the rash of properties that have been sold recently have filtered through the values will be more accurate

The sites only a day or two old .. they will double the records in time ...

Most people statistically are stupid
therefore i would say most people need a realtor
I am quite happy to exclude myself because the only reason now i have my license is that i get a chunk back at closing when i buy a property for investment purposes
the brokers i am with specifiy I must have realtor status, so....
i know a lot of realtors in the greater nashville area now, and there are very few - if any , that i think are making a good, let alone great living

nashville is actually forecast to be 4th or 5th in the nation in the next couple of years for house price appreciation apparently
my house is to live in, so as long as it goes up in line with houses that we may wat to move into in 10 years time, then great!

Two posts trying to defend yourself ... I never knew you was a Realtor
so you are not one of the pushy ones..
I threw out all the Realtors on my forum .. most of them are just bleedin leeches..
