Ooh - that's not too bad at all. One of those'd last me at least a week!

What's your brand and I'll send some to ya -- they weigh nothing!

You know I just checked it wasn't $26 bit more but still cheaper than buying in World Market. On the web site today it's $49 for the 4 boxes of 160.

Canadians (my hubby at the very least) is the same about his Tetley Tea. He found that the fairly new Tetley British Blend is a close first to the original Tetley tea sold in Canadian.

Also we have a high Irish population in our neighborhood who English products are readily available to us at quite reasonable prices, from UK manufactured Cadbury to Heinz Salad Cream to tea products and everything in between. Also have a Polish butcher that has a ready supple of German products including chocolates.

Am I losing it...? Of course, this situation would never arise in the UK. Do I really need (or even ever drink) 6 cups of tea in a bleedin' day or is it more about viewing my dwindling supply as a vanishing thread connecting me to homeland?

My wife's German and she seems to treat chocolate in a similar way (although she'd never admit it). One square at a time gets removed from the Milka chocolate mountain...

Tonrob tut tut! - check out The Britishe Shoppe in Madison on the CT coast. Also on line at www.thebritishshoppe.com
Everythings way over priced but a real treat they even have imported cheddar and kippers. Its a nice day out - they have a tea room - but you can always do it on line. Super Stop and Shop in Enfield has PG tips tetleys twinnings etc etc in the Shop The World Aisle - in the Irish section - work that one out..?

Tonrob - No worries!

... you can check at the TetleyUSA website (I understand that the USA part of the company is based in Connecticut) to see where your local stockists are:

http://www.tetleyusa.com (Home Page)

http://www.tetleyusa.com/buy.asp

and you can even buy their 'British Blend' teabags directly from them online if you can't find them locally:

http://tetleyusa.elsstore.com/view/c...hot-black-tea/

Hope this helps!

You bet! And the tea supply's only half the problem. Have you ever tried milking a moose?
