I hate the way some of them don't cover contraceptives. Our insurance is fine about it, but I know couples who have company policies where contraceptives aren't covered, but Viagra etc is.

And yeah, apart from the roads destroying our exhaust, it ain't been to bad...not explored much past the local towns though, and getting my head around I-9 is a bit of a laugh...doesn't help that the gps unit says to take I-9 East to get to the mall, but points to West, which is the way to go, so that was a fun time the first time around *l*

latest update - possibly useful for somebody in the same situation one day...
So I phoned my insurance company again. It turns out that any condition not covered by the new crappy insurance especially the pregnancy as a pre-existing condition will in fact be covered by my insurance after all.. so hopefully everything will end up just fine.
Thank goodness the motion picture industry has top quality insurance (excluding the crap abouit spouses having to take any insurance offered to them).

I'll stop bitching about it all for the time being

well I won't hold my breath until all the paperwork is done and dusted. Just because they told me something on the phone doesnt reall mean that its true or that they wont find a way to get out of it!

Yes I am well aware of the costs... I am just trying not to think too hard about all of that.. I am going with the philosophy that.. I am sure it will all work out.. it always does Just keep my head in the sand!

Or declare bankruptcy when the bills come in.

Bit on the Radio this morning, 50% of Colorado bankruptcies are down to medical bills.

If you travel anywhere near Cape Cod...give me a shout and I'll put kettle on...
We are lucky to live on a real road...and we have lighting too...we live in the posh end...
I've grown to really think of MA as home...I will in a way be sad if we have to move because of cost...we have a place in FL we love too...but I'm still unsure about living down there all the time...for one healthcare...it seems a lot better in this area...and a lot cheaper....

I thought grasshopers turned to Locusts if there were too many...and it was too hot or something...
We have this grasshoper that has butterfly wings...I've seen them in the midwest...but they are new to this area...or I never saw them until a few years ago...nasty things...they fly at you and hurt like hell if there are a lot of them...
