Jersy girl,
You`re probably right. Though, i have a been a bit of a "BE a holic",usually look in most days, just haven`t posted that much, and when i have, it`s usually been about immigration issues. USCIS, what a nightmare of a organisaton! Yes, i know i`m starting to rant, so i`ll shut up.

But it does help to rant on here its cheap therapy

What makes it worse, is that my US citizen wife loves the UK. She`s NOT a very patriotic American. She would love to come with me, but just can`t until at least October when she`s due some holiday time. I , on the other hand can`t wait that long.

IMHO I think she should try to be a little more understanding...afterall it is your homeland. Sounds like the green eyed monster is coming out.

Gang,
Don`t even get me started on the USCIS! First they lost our entire application. After much writing to Senators etc we got our case reinstated, but we had to start from the beginning again!!! My wife and i thought we couldn`t wait for them to screw up again, so i came over here start before Xmas, and luckily they let me in. My intention was just to stay for Xmas, then we found out from lawyers that i could do AOS. We then appplied for AOS, which is still pending. Surprise, surprise.

Can`t wait to see my family and friends again. Just to walk down the Embankment in London again and see Big Ben, go to the theatre(phantom of the opera is my fav),eat decent food, especially curry again!

The Rules:
1) When going back to the UK with Mrs Titchski, boozing is limited to the local, or the ice rink if theres hockey on.
2) Mrs Titchski is not required to attend cricket matches, or to visit St Andrews (I wouldn't subject her to the Blues anyway)
3) When going back with Mrs Titchski, there will be visits to Stratford, Warwick Castle, Baddesley Clinton etc etc (touristy stuff).
4) When going home ALONE, I will return in one piece, sober and will do my own laundry as she hates the smell of smoke
5) I am not, under any circumstances, to tell Mrs Titchski about the lovely curries I had when I went home alone.
6) The price for me going home is her weight in Milky Bar Buttons.
Fair trade I reckon.

Do you have travel documents from USCIS yet? (Advanced Parole Forms). If you do, then great, book a flight, go home and have a pint (and a chicken madras) for me. If not, then you MUST wait until you get these documents, otherwise you may well jeopardise the AOS process.

Understand totally Titchski,
My US in-laws are not very close either. IE my parents in-law live in Missouri, my wife hardly ever sees them nor calls them or vice versa.
What i wouldn`t give for a decent curry right now!!

Hi Titchski,
Yes, i`ve got the EAD doc, and also got a employment card, but no SS number at the mo. And the AOS interview is still at least 4- 6 mths away according to the lawyers.
