HAD AOS interview but still no approval
My wife and I went for the AOS interview on April 15th, 2003 where the interview went very well. WIth a change in procedures, we were unable to have my passport stamped and given immediate approval.
We were told to wait 30 days or so and we should get the letter in the mail. It now has been 60 and no answer.
I would welcome suggestions/comments... We tried calling our Immigration office here in Dallas but was told that we needed to write to them.
THanks

If you have to write for any reply, from an interview that doesnt sound to good a result .
Then again we dont know your background and you could be going through a screening process by the security agencies.
But yes 60 days doesnt sound good, did they say if there was a backlog of applications when you called !!
Good Luck - Mark
