Can anyone answer or share their experience with me please?

Looks like, at long last, I have found a company willing to employ and sponsor me.

Is it possible to start work with said company whilst the petition has been filed and is awaiting approval?

Also, my secondary school exam results? They have been misplaced somewhere over my years of travelling. How strict are they about this, even if I have 20 years experience related to the position offered?
