i need help could someone help me please,

I got a tourist Visa before, and when i got here in USA. I found a job and my employer work for my working visa. So I have a working visa already. But i plan to have a vacation next year to my country. Someone told me that i cant leave my country until my working visa expires or I bring a lawyer to the airport to tell the immigration about my situation.
Is this true?
can someone help me.
