Hi Woodsey
We did the Vegas wedding 15 years ago. It was very easy the hotel reception just ordered the car which took us the the court house for the official paperwork (take birth certificate and passport) and the car then took us on to the chapel. Got married and went back to the hotel. All done and dusted in about an hour.

Cost was about two hundred dollars including the photos, but that was 15 years ago.

So, judging by your description it'd probably cost about $210 nowadays

It's too small and the diamond would chaff Elina a bit.

Well this northerner (Lancashire) did just this last week!
Photo's here:
http://web.mac.com/david_andrews/iWe...ing/Intro.html

Anyway, recommendations:
Little Church of The West, all the other are nasty. DONT book a Friday or a holiday etc. We picked a Thursday and had the day to ourselves
Stay in The Bellagio - ask for a room over looking the fountains - A MUST.

Have fun, I won $1800 on a slot, the day before the wedding.

I can recommend a good photographers (if you like how he did my photo's). He made this northern monkey look half decent. He wasn't cheap but the photo's last a life time. I opted to have the images as high resolution images on DVD's. We sent them to the lab for the big ones, and printed the smaller ones on a home photo paper. Photographer was a blast, easy to get on with and very helpful etc.

Re: Getting married in Vegas..

Thanks.
Suppose I should introduce myself to ya'll.

Dave, 35 originally from Lanacshire. Now in Bryan, Texas. Married to Sue last month, just trying to figure the change of status forms out (Sue is a US citizen). Any advice on a good attorney, and a cheap one! My H1B attorney helped themselves to nearly $3,500 in fees and charges etc. I work in IT. I ride horses - just bought my own horse to replace the one I sold in England. I ride English, not western, not even here in Texas.
Anway, I have a boring blog on my web site, just started it a couple of weeks ago. Want to know more then ask. http://www.david-andrews.com
